Using POOOF!
How do I apply a strip so it stays put?
Dry your hands first, since the strip starts dissolving the moment it touches moisture. Then make sure your teeth are wet, press the strip on, and fold the extra over the edge. Hold it for a few seconds and leave it alone. See the full guide.
How long until I see results?
Many people see a difference after the first strip. In an independent 10-day in-vitro study, POOOF! showed 37% better whitening than the leading whitening strip.
Can I eat or drink while wearing a strip?
No. Wait until the strip has fully dissolved, usually 10 to 15 minutes.
How should I store the strips?
At room temperature. In a hot climate you can keep them in the fridge, but it is not required.
Isn't whitening toothpaste enough?
Whitening toothpaste can remove some surface stains but can't actually whiten teeth. POOOF! does both.
Safety and sensitivity
Are POOOF! strips safe for my teeth?
Yes. They are pH neutral, and the hydroxyapatite helps remineralize enamel.
Can I use them if I have sensitive teeth?
POOOF! is designed for sensitive teeth. Hydroxyapatite helps block the tiny pores that cause sensitivity. In a consumer study only 8% of POOOF! users felt any sensitivity, versus 28% using the leading strip. Any sensitivity from whitening is temporary.
Will it work on crowns or veneers?
Whitening only works on natural teeth. If you have crowns or veneers with stains between them, POOOF! may help remove those surface stains.
Can I use them with braces or aligners?
Yes with Invisalign or lingual braces (behind the teeth). With braces on the front of your teeth, wait until treatment is finished.
What are the ingredients?
PVP, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydroxyapatite, Aqua, Pectin, Glycerin, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Peppermint flavoring (Aroma), Polysorbate 80, Sucralose, Polycarbophil, Limonene, Linalool. The strip itself is a food-grade, water-soluble starch film. Limonene and linalool come from the peppermint flavoring and are listed as potential allergens.

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping is free and takes 5 to 8 business days; Express is $5.95 and takes 2 to 3.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship to the contiguous US and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes.
